Here at MC2 Solutions we are professionals of the IT industry, who provide services requiring the highest competencies and quality levels. Our knowledge and experience is equal to the energy and passion we perform the work with.

We are the team of specialists who have been carrying out large projects in the private sector for years and also key implementations in the public sector recently (among others within the Ministry of Digital Affairs). We deal with complex projects for large and  medium organizations. We modernize and increase their effectiveness. We develop solutions that improve the quality of products and services and reduce the price of IT environment in the business. In fact, our broad activities are best described by one word - "better".

We know the specifics of the polish and global market inside out. We are aware of the possibilities and limitations of infrastructure, we are always compliant with the applicable law systems, and above all we understand the needs of entrepreneurs and institutions versus historical technical limitations. At the same time, we closely follow world trends and see the great potential of the ongoing digital revolution. We want to be leaders of innovation and we want to make disruptive technology changes work in favour of our customers.


Anna Streżyńska

A lawyer, throughout all of her professional life involved in ICT where she performed top managerial roles both in the public and private sector (Office of Competition and Customer Protection, Ministry of Telecommunications, private companies).

From November 2005 until May 2006 she was the Undersecretary of State responsible for Communication Technologies at the Ministry of Transportation and Construction. From 2006 to 2012, the president of the Office of Electronic Communications. Since 2012 associated with the Wielkopolska Broadband Network company, where she first was the chairman of the Supervisory Board, and from 2014 until November 2015 the president of the Management Board. From March 2015 onwards she also performed duties of the operating president of the Internet for Mazovia project. She participated in various advisory bodies, including the Council of Digitization at the Ministry of Administration and Digitization and UNGC. Since 2013 an expert at the Republican Foundation, since August 2015 a member of the Council of the Strategic Analysis Center. In the years 2015-2018, the Minister of Digital Affairs in the governments of Beata Szydło and Mateusz Morawiecki, the chairman of the Architecture Council and the Committee of the Council of Ministers for Digitization.

In 2008 she was honored the Andrzej Bączkowski award (for her fight against the monopoly of  Telekomunikacja Polska at the polish telecom market). In 2010 she received the Bene Merito Honor Badge and in 2012, awarded with the Marek Car prize.

Arkadiusz Szczebiot

Graduated from the Faculty of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology. IT manager with extensive experience, working for recognized international brands.

In the period 2002-2010 he was in charge of the creation and development of medium-size IT company in Poland, working at the international market. From 2011 to 2016 he joined Pfizer, the largest pharmaceutical company in the world, where he played key roles in Business Technology team. He managed the work of the Architecture Council and the solution design and integration division. He also served as an advisory to the company's Management Board (C-Level Advisory). Starting from 2013, he supervised dedicated IT areas of Pfizer's veterinary division spin-off (Zoetis) - the second largest (after Facebook) IPO on the New York Stock Exchange. In the years 2016-2018, he held position of the Chief Technology Officer at the Ministry of Digital Affairs in Poland supervising the operations of the whole IT Division and all subordinate units. Hold the role of the Chairman of the Board of IT Directors in Government Administration in Poland and the Vice-President of the Architecture Council.
